Work Package Manager

**About Your Role: Junior Project Manager**
This role will coordinate manufacturing, repair and other ad hoc work packages for the Collins Class Submarines. You will ensure project objectives in relation to cost, time, and quality are achieved whilst coordinating the repair and refurbishment of inboard and outboard sonar equipment from Collins Class Submarines.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with functional teams, ensuring efficient delivery of work packages
- Maintain customer relationships by ensuring products and services delivered exceed expectations
- Prepare & monitor Bid/Project integrated schedule, budget, baselines, risks and opportunities
- Coordinate input from suppliers, partners and overseas subcontractors
- Generating quotes for refurbishment, repair & procurement activities
- Providing timely resolution to all Non-conformance Reports (NCR)
**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:
- Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, project management or similar
- Demonstrated combination of technical and leadership skills
- Good initiative, self-management and planning skills.
- Strong customer focus and external relationship management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
