**Job Summary**

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will identify and engage prospective clients, assess their needs, and promote tailored ICT solutions to meet their business goals. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, from initial consultation through to delivery, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.

You are pragmatic and results-focused, and act calmly and mindfully under pressure. You will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, facilitating others to ensure we are delivering to our valued clients. You have extensive experience and understand the challenges within the public sector and navigating the operating landscape and are focused on challenging the status quo.

**Day-to-day activities include but are not limited to**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Growth**: Identify growth opportunities within assigned customers and build pipeline accordingly.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**: Continuously acquire and update knowledge of the company’s and competitors' ICT goods and services, as well as current market conditions, to effectively position our offerings.
- **Client Engagement & Needs Assessment**: Visit regular and prospective clients to establish rapport, assess their needs, and explain how our technology and data services can meet their specific requirements.
- **Promoting ICT Solutions**: Actively promote our services to both existing and prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
- **Pricing**: Prepare and present quotations for clients based upon sales opportunities identified.
- **Client Delivery**: Work with the wider delivery team to deliver ongoing services, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- **Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution**: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the ICT goods and services provided, arranging modifications and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, guidance, and insights to drive client success and foster growth within existing accounts.
- **Workshops & Training**: Lead client-facing meetings, presentations, and workshops to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and align on next steps.
- **Data Management & Insight Delivery**: Develop and manage dashboards, ensuring clients have clear visibility into data insights that drive decision-making. Utilise Boolean logic and other programming languages to refine data queries and ensure accurate data retrieval.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- An undergraduate degree in technology.
- A master’s in business, ICT or technology or a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a client facing role
- Experience in strategic consulting and embedding data and technology within customer organisations.
- Ability to engage with executives and articulate the value proposition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills aiding in clear articulation and persuasive presentation delivery.
- Strategic thinking skills understanding the importance of aligning project activities with broader strategic objectives.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on empathy and meeting client needs.

A team player with a can-do attitude, excelling in fast-paced environments while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
