- An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time _**_Distribution Systems Coordinator_**_ to join our centralised Distribution team._

**Getting to know the role and your responsibilities**

As our new** Distribution Systems Coordinator **you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Distribution Systems & Project Manager, Accor Apartments & Realty in the implementation of revenue management processes and distribution strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to Accor Apartments & Realty properties with the setup of Channel Manager and third party suppliers ensuring seamless connectivity is managed at all times
- Coordinate the rollout and implementation of revenue management policy and procedures to ensure the most efficient work practices are being performed
- Assist with the rate development process each year
- Test and participate in the critical path processes for all new connections with third party suppliers
- In collaboration with the Distribution Systems & Project Manager, Accor Apartments & Realty develop training tools and documentation for both properties and Revenue Managers to ensure distribution is understood and managed effectively across operations and shared services including implications to the business
- Ensure all Apartments & Realty direct & indirect channels have rate and inventory parity at all times
- Provide support to the Distribution Systems & Project Manager, Accor Apartments & Realty in facilitating training in the use of Channel Management to Revenue Management and Reservations teams in region
- Support the Rate Loading and Revenue Systems teams in rate loading, audits and project coordination across the various distribution platforms as required

**What we need from you**
- 2+ years’ experience in Reservations with a strong customer service and sales background
- Experience with a Channel Manager and/or SIHOT would be considered advantageous
- An understanding of Revenue Management concepts with a good eye for detail
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and planning skills
- A high level of computer literacy
