About the Role
- Demonstrate strong safety leadership and ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Provide effective people leadership, mentoring, and development of the NPI team.
- Plan, oversee, and coordinate maintenance and installation activities related to MRL Infrastructure.
- Manage water extraction and distribution networks, including potable/raw water supply, remote bore field water supply, and pit dewatering activities.
- Oversee tailings management activities, ensuring adherence to environmental standards.
- Coordinate power distribution and auxiliary generation systems to ensure reliable operations.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of building and facilities infrastructure.
- Oversee vehicle wash down facilities and oily water separators, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Coordinate the maintenance and management of sewage facilities and infrastructure.
- Manage fuel systems and ensure their efficient and safe operation.
- Oversee key site support contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Handle minor project management responsibilities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in safety leadership and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance and installation activities in a mineral resource environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience in water extraction and distribution networks, tailings management, power distribution, and auxiliary generation systems.
- Familiarity with building and facilities infrastructure maintenance.
- Proficiency in managing two-way radio and data communications networks.
- Knowledge of vehicle wash down facilities and oily water separators.
- Understanding of sewage facilities and infrastructure management.
- Experience in fuel systems maintenance and operation.
- Demonstrated ability in managing key site support contracts.
- Proven track record in minor project management.
