We are seeking a Manager FSM (Field Service Model, Planning & Scheduling) to join our Maintenance Group.

**The Challenge**

As the Manager FSM (Field Services Model, Planning & Scheduling) you will act as the lead for the FSM enhancement project, deliver the FSM project goals and achieve results through actively leading a capable internal team and vendor while maintaining close collaboration with field resources and other business units. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a new work management solution at Hunter Water and guide the successful change management and delivery of a key project.

The Manager FSM is a fixed term 3 year role, in this position you will lead a team of direct reports including the planning and scheduling teams, the FSM functional administrator and resources from the vendor (IFS).

**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure that business as usual operations can continue for the delivery of Hunter Waters essential services to our customers and community through the project implementation
- Provide leadership and vision to the business on FSM functionality and capability
- Deliver enhancement of business rules and fine tuning of the FSM solution
- Deliver effective change management

**What you’ll need to be successful**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience working with field service solutions including planning and scheduling (Preferably with solutions similar to IFS FSM and PSO or equivalent)
- Demonstrated leadership experience with 5 plus years experience leading teams in prior roles
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to drive change and embed a new way of working
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within diverse teams
- Strong problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Class C drivers licence

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience working as a planner and/or scheduler or leading teams with planning and/or scheduling functions
- Formal qualifications in leadership, management or another relevant discipline
- Working knowledge of Asset Management principles
- Understanding of data analytics and reporting
