Our Property Team have an incredible opportunity for a Facilities Manager (NSW/ACT) to take responsibility for managing the identified regional facilities operations of leased office portfolio across offices across NSW/ACT. You will support the National Facilities Manager by taking ownership of the regional offices across NSW, Canberra & Newcastle (approx. 4 sites) to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, environmental and sustainability obligations.

**You'll be responsible for**
- Oversee the overall performance of the regional facility management operations including maintenance services, minor tenancy upgrades, relocations, environmental and sustainability initiatives, WHS, business risk and continuity management strategies.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of agreed-upon performance objectives, standards and metrics to inform facility-centric capital and operational budgets. Utilizing reporting and analytics to evaluate the efficiency of facility management operations and asset management of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
- Develop and contribute to written directions which includes policies, procedures, standards, processes, and practices, to ensure compliance with ethical standards and service level agreements, ensuring with a high degree of communication and professionalism throughout.
- Take the lead in guiding and mentoring team members to continuously enhance their skills, foster the development of high-performing, collaborative, and motivated teams, and facilitate robust talent development plans. This will involve a balanced approach to performance priorities and role descriptions.
- Gain insight from customer feedback and insights and drive the execution of a strategy that places the best interests of our customers at the forefront of all our actions.
- Manage contractor’s KPIs and outcomes ensuring services remain competitive and fully accountable.
- Manage the regional facilities budgets ensuring payments are processed in accordance with requirements.
- Work closely with security and manage in house concierge & mail room staff to ensure all operations are handled accordingly.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management practices/operations, contracts management, health, and safety practices within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and empower teams with a focus on excellent delivery of customer service.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional thinking in the development and implementation of strategies.
- Experience leading and delivering projects within time, budget and resource constraints.
- Knowledge of all aspects of statutory legislation pertaining to facilities operations and WorkCover legislation.
