**HR Coordinator - Part Time 25 Hours per week**

We are looking for an administration superstar to develop, implement and manage growth and retention strategies across all digital channels to increase commercial performance, ensure growth in our market share and create brand awareness in Australia, New Zealand and the UK

This is a fixed term 6 month position based at our offices in Pyrmont.

**What you will be doing**
- : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and new employees feel welcomed and prepared.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide support to the HR team in addressing employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in managing Check Work Rights.
- employee benefits, including enrolment, updates, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in HR administration or a related role is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Able to work in Pyrmont 4 days a week.
