You’ll be up for pulling together with your crew, bunking in shared accommodation and the unpredictability and unique challenges of the alpine environment.

As a Front Line Consultant, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the sales outlets by providing customers with the best possible advice on Ticketing, Ski & Snowboard School, Rental & Retail products, and customer service. Successful applicants will be committed to demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service, providing our guests with the best possible mountain experience. This position is based at Mt Buller.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Promoting and selling lift tickets, lessons, and packaged combinations of our products using our point of sale system, RTP
- Professionally and enthusiastically answering guest inquiries
- Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests
- Maintaining a pleasant, professional manner and be well groomed in appearance
- Understand and support department operations and company policies and procedures
- Follow all company standards regarding safety protocol, cash management and standard operating procedures

We're looking for people with:

- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Previous experience with cash/ card (EFTPOS) handling and balancing
- Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Team orientated with the capacity to be self-directed and driven
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and maintain knowledge of products
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; offices are open 7 days a week and hours vary
