Metropolitan Essential Services has been a leader in the area of Essential Safety Measure Auditing for over 15 years. We offer expertise to identify and counter any non-compliance or regulatory issues found within any commercial, industrial or public building in both Metropolitan and Regional Victoria and Southeast Qld.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for someone to join our team in a Administrator/Administration Support role.
You will work closely with the all members of our team assisting with all aspects of Administration and providing Administration Support
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Admin - Generating quotes, following up clients existing quotations, assisting with report processing (data entry), and invoicing (Must do component)
- Handling quote enquiries in a timely manner
- Seeking new prospects through lead generation - organising appointments - diary and calendar management
- Gaining feedback from existing clients, and additional sales generation from them, via your exceptional customer service.
- Ordering stationery
- Greeting clients
- Answering of incoming calls - shared responsibility - liaising with clients and staff
Previous experience in an Administrative capacity is essential. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; an eye for detail; proactive and able to work independently and within a small team; the ability to prioritise; reliable and trustworthy as well as excellent Customer Service Skills.
Knowledge and experience using MS Office is essential.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm.

**Salary**: $48,365.61 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ringwood, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (required)
