**Key Responsibilities include**:

- General administration duties
- AX critical tasks
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Perform mail drops and collections on required daily/weekly intervals
- Maintain presentation of reception showroom to a high standard in line with corporate and brand guidelines
- Complete purchases and bookings for the business centre including travel bookings, catering and crib room supplies.
- Any other sales support activites as required

**The successful applicant must have**
- Solid Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- High communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer service focus
- Tertiary education and previous experience in an administrative, sales or trade roles
- Experience in heavy earthmoving industries is highly regarded
- Previous experience with ERP systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment & drug screen
