Sonder is the lead agency of headspace Adelaide, headspace Edinburgh North, headspace Marion and headspace Onkaparinga.

**About the Role**:
The Support Services Officer is responsible for the provision of high-level customer service and administrative/operational support to clients, staff, internal and external stakeholders of Sonder in a confidential, proficient and friendly manner.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the delivery of effective and proficient client-focused administrative and front of house support.
- Experience in dealing with a high demand of enquiries from members of the public, particularly enquires of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Experience in the provision of high level, professional and courteous customer service.

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Certificate level in Business Administration or similar, desirable but not essential
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
