This is a unique and exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our Group Cross-Sell team within our rapidly growing business. With a remarkable expansion that has led to the establishment of various companies serving a vast clientele of over 25,000 and counting, the potential for cross-selling is nothing short of extraordinary.

In line with the company’s objectives, the Sales Manager will oversee the Certification Sales team with the aim of achieving targeted revenue objectives. You will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategy, with the objective of leading the expansion of business through direct sales. This position is accountable for achieving set divisional sales targets to drive the bottom-line growth of the business. The Citation Certification BD team are responsible for selling Certification services (ISO and NDIS) to new clients across a broad range of industries along with ensuring that existing clients renew their contracts on an ongoing basis.

**Key responsibilities**

**Strategy** - Developing and implementing an ongoing sales strategy to ensure weekly and monthly KPI’s/ statistics are met through building sales revenue. Continue to engage and establish partnerships with various industries to promote and sell Citation Certification’s range of services.

**Prospecting** - Identify new target clients and manage the life cycle, pursuing through to successful sales. Prepare sales proposals within scoping and pricing protocols to achieve high margin sales.

**Business Development - **Selling, cross selling and up-selling to new and existing clients with an initial focus on Certification sales.

**Achieve Sales Targets** - Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

**Sales Pipeline Management** - Manage an extensive list of warm verified leads through to successful sales conversion, by using our CRM to record, track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

**Reporting** - Managing and reporting on statistics on a weekly basis via Microsoft Dynamics

**Team management**:

- Mentor and coach team members to optimise their performance and support them on their path to achieving goals and targets.

**Training & Development**:

- Conduct sales and product training on a range of topics to increase team knowledge and skills.

**About You**
