**About Us**:
ICA School Inc. is a non-profit Christian organisation committed to promoting cultural exchange (focused with Korean, Japanese and Australian) and education rooted in Christian philosophy and values. We offer various programs and services to foster international understanding and promote Christian ministry and education.

**Position Requirements**:

- Demonstrates a commitment to the Christian faith and aligns with the organisation's Christian philosophy and values.
- Holds a university degree(s) or equivalent qualification in Theology, Music, Language and arts.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in arts industry.
- Must have own transport

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organise, and direct artistic and cultural policies, programs, and projects in collaboration with the Board members.
- Coordinate international programs, including language courses and cultural exchange initiatives.
- Oversee ministry programs, such as Aboriginal mission works and Christian music events.
- Manage educational programs, including language and music classes.
- Assume responsibility for the overall management of the school.

**Requirements**:

- Native proficiency level of Korean and Japanese language skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to promoting cultural exchange and Christian values.
