We are seeking a detail-oriented, passionate Administration Assistant, with a warm and friendly disposition to join our community. The successful applicant will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Whole School Administration Office within the School. This varied and exciting role requires an enthusiastic and highly organised person with exemplary administrative skills.

This role permanent full-time position, commencing 23rd July 2024.

**Pacific Hills Christian School** is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Christian school with 1500 students, located in Dural, in the Hills District of Sydney. The School is part of the Pacific Group of 10 Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW. The School emphasises excellence and growth in Christian character with its vision being 'to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching, learning, and serving excellence founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour'. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrate a proactive approach of personal initiative, adaptability, and time management skills
- Have the capacity to operate with discretion, respect, and discernment while maintaining confidentiality
- Exhibit strong customer service skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and interact effectively at all levels of a school community
- Work positively within a team environment
- Have previous experience in a similar role (experience in the education sector would be an advantage, but not essential)
