The Pacific Group of Christian Schools Limited runs nine independent Christian Schools with membership with the AIS NSW. The central administration operates from Dural, NSW out of the Pacific Hills Christian School. Our total enrolment across the Pacific Group is approximately 2500 students and we administer mainstream K-12, Special Needs Schools, and one Special Assistance Aboriginal School based in Tweed Heads NSW. All the Schools in the Pacific Group emphasise excellence and growth in Christian character with its vision being 'to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching, learning, and serving excellence founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour'. A distinctive of our Schools is our commitment to Christian service.


We are seeking a Group Marketing Manager, who will ensure the strategic marketing priorities are developed and implemented across all schools within the Pacific Group.


Based at Pacific Hills Christian School, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and creative marketer to work alongside an existing team.


Desired Skills and Experience:

To be effective in this position you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage a broad range of marketing channels
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for Christian education and a commitment to the Pacific Group of Schools mission

Responsibilities will include:

  • Website development
  • Style Guides
  • Budget
  • Implementing and monitoring the success of marketing plans and advertising and promotion campaigns
  • Oversee school quarterly and annual publications
  • Management of the marketing team
Commitment to a local church and the ethos of Christian education is essential. Applications should include a reference from a minister of the church you regularly attend.
