In 2017, Northrop Grumman Australia was awarded a contract to perform the acquisition, construction, and support of the second satellite ground station in the east of Australia. The contract will also deliver an integrated wideband SATCOM network management system to improve the robustness, capacity, and efficiency of the ADF SATCOM capability.

**Your role**:
As part of our strategy, we are seeking the expertise of an experienced and suitably qualified Training Lead to support our growing team.

The Training Lead will be central for managing the acquisition implementation of the Logistics Management training function for one of our existing programs - JP2008 Phase 5B2 - delivering a satellite ground station and the wideband SATCOM Network Management System (NMS).

**About you**:
With proven experience leading Training Functions and your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) will help you to navigate and deliver industry-leading outcomes as part of this complex and rewarding program.

Your ability to influence and guide various stakeholder groups will require an experienced and effective communicator able to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

You will ideally have highly developed Defence Training and Learning management skills in a Satellite Communication (SATCOM) environment, with previous experience developing technical publications and training artefacts.
