Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for program management and a drive to enhance project management capabilities? Join our Head Office Program Excellence Leadership team and take on a pivotal role in supporting effective program management capability growth across the enterprise.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing a Project Management Competency Framework. Collaborating closely with enabling functions, PMOs, and Program leaders, you will assess our current capability development approach, aligning it with long-term goals, business objectives, and industry best practices.

Additionally, you will manage the relationship between the Australian Institute of Project Managers and our organisation, ensuring maximum benefits from corporate membership. Conducting thorough assessments of our current project management skillsets, you will identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps in project management practices. With this knowledge, you will develop a comprehensive capability roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, projects, and activities based on business needs and resource availability.

If you have experience in conducting training needs analysis and developing people within large project based organisations such as defence, construction, resources, utilities, or infrastructure environments, this is an excellent opportunity for you to establish a career framework for our Project Management community.

This position reports to Symonston, Australian Capital Territory, AUS, however, this position can also be worked from Australia-Fortitude Valley, Queensland, Queensland, AUS.
