- **Hours**: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

This position will be providing a high level of support to a senior stakeholder and their team within the business. Your day to day will see you complete the following tasks:

- Day-to-day diary management
- Reporting and expense management
- Proactively establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Administrative support to the wider team

**What you'll need to succeed**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant or strong administrator to take on a short-term contract. In order to succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- A high level of professionalism
- Articulate communication skills with the ability to communication clearly and concisely
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- 2-3 years in a similar position
- Strong technical skills with MS Office
