We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their daily tasks and activities in a respectful and caring manner. This may include:

- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean environment.
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or well-being.
- Adhering to care plans and following all relevant protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications a plus).
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Minimum Cert III in either Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Services or equivalent
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with mínimal supervision.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Basic understanding of personal care and hygiene best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy.
- Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
