4Sale is a cutting-edge proptech company revolutionizing the real estate industry with our innovative all-in-one app. Our platform simplifies the property transaction process, connecting buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals in a seamless and user-friendly environment. We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Licensed Real Estate Director and Advisor to join our growing team and contribute their expertise to the continued success of our app, initially on a **consultancy **basis.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to the 4Sale team in the areas of real estate transactions, regulations, and market trends.

Oversee the development and implementation of the app's features and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate professionals, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.

Act as a spokesperson for 4Sale, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure the app's offerings meet the needs of our target audience and reflect current market trends.

Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on the app's performance and impact on the real estate industry.

Contribute to the development and execution of 4Sale's growth strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and partnership.

**Requirements**:
A current real estate license and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate field, with a proven track record of success.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for identifying opportunities and driving growth.

Passion for proptech and an understanding of the potential for technology to transform the real estate industry.

Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
