**The role**
HUB24 is seeking a **Business Enablement & Transition Consultant** to join our team.
This role focuses on driving the successful transition of advisers and clients to the HUB24 platform. You will be responsible for supporting, facilitating, and tracking the migration of adviser clients to HUB24 and its managed portfolios.
You will collaborate closely with financial planning practices that have adopted HUB24 and managed portfolios, working alongside HUB24 State and Business Development Managers. Your role will involve providing coaching, transition support, and project management to help these practices fully realise the economic benefits of transitioning their clients to HUB24.
The role can be located in **Sydney, Melbourne** or **Brisbane**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Build trust and engage with advisers and their staff through high-quality, timely project deliverables.
- Assist with Client Reviews/Fee Comparisons and help advisers develop business cases for HUB24 transitions.
- Contribute to planning workshops and project meetings for Transition Projects.
- Support advisers in gathering data and documentation needed for fund transitions.
- Provide comprehensive consulting and support throughout the entire onboarding process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and assist with escalating support problems during transitions.
- Deliver targeted onboarding and implementation training, including on-site sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with the Business Enablement team, lead and support projects, and contribute to knowledge sharing and workflow improvements.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HUB24 Group teams including Sales, Product Management and other areas of the business.
**Key requirements**:
- At least two years of relevant industry experience, which may include, but is not limited to, roles such as Platform Training and Relationship Manager, Business Development Associate, Account Manager, Platform Operations, Account Onboarding and Asset Transfers, Financial Advisor, Paraplanner, and Client Services.
- Experience working with advisers and counterparties is essential for this role.
- A background in Platform, Managed Accounts, or related Wealth Management services is also required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, leveraging tools such as formulas, charts and pivot tables.
- Collaborative team member with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to use your own initiative and a fast learner.
