**About the role**
Energise your career at Zinfra
We have an exciting opportunity for 4 x Trainee Planning Coordinators to undertake a Cert IV in Project Management over a two-year program which will enable you to obtain industry skills and knowledge under the supervision of qualified and experienced professionals, while also attending TAFE to complete your certification.
The locations for these traineeships will be based at Glen Waverley (x2), Mornington (x1) and Keysborough (x1).
During the program, you will be a valued member of our team and will experience a variety of work environments within the electricity supply industry which will enhance your skills and career development opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities include**
- Plan and oversee field-based activities, relating to time, cost, quality and safety criteria for planned and emergency situations
- Lead and manage the team to ensure organisation goals are achieved
- Working across high / low voltage environments and becoming familiar with industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems
- Utilising SAP, Word, Excel and planning package systems
**About You**
This is an exciting time for our industry and we would love to be able to share this journey with someone who is committed and eager to learn. When you complete the program successfully, you will have completed all competencies for a Cert IV in Project Management.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Certificate II or III in Electrotechnology is desirable
- A good positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team will no doubt see you succeed in your new role
