**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Trainee Maintenance Planners to undertake a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice over a two-year program which will enable you to obtain industry skills and knowledge under the supervision of qualified and experienced professionals, while also attending TAFE to complete your certification.
The location for these traineeships will be based at Broadmeadows. While initially you will be required to work in the office 5 days per week, this role will move to a hybrid working arrangement once your competency increases.
During the program, you will be a valued member of our team and will experience a variety of work environments within the electricity supply industry which will enhance your skills and career development opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities include**
- Provide a maintenance planning function by planning and scheduling all maintenance work (predominantly defects) one week in advance for the weekly schedule and monthly for medium term planning
- Establish, develop and implement procedures for the entry of data into maintenance management systems
- Ensure adequate system administration and the integrity of the data such as equipment details, parts plan, technical lines, isolations, run time readings, condition monitoring readings etc are consistent with established client guidelines
- Provide effective support to the Maintenance Coordinator and users e.g. training, technical information and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Create and / or provide reports as requested from data
**About You**
This is an exciting time for our industry and we would love to be able to share this journey with someone who is committed and eager to learn. When you complete the program successfully, you will have completed all competencies for a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Have completed Year 11 or be completing Year 11 in 2024
- Have a drivers licence or plan to have obtained your licence by January 2025
