**What this opportunity involves**:
The objective of Portfolio Program Management is to provide our Client with strategic support, co-ordination and operational program management services. This means coordinating and implementing delivery of the Services in a way that achieves their business objectives and represents industry best practice.
**Snapshot of the role**:Project Leadership**:
Provide overall direction and leadership for the Sydney Consolidation project
Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and objectives
Ensure project alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder expectations
Adhere to and oversee governance for the program
**Stakeholder Management**:
Lead engagements with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the leasing team and developer
Manage relationships with key project partners and vendors
Deliver regular, comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders
**Project Delivery**:
Oversee the project delivery team to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Make critical decisions to keep the project on track and resolve issues as they arise
**Cross-functional Leadership**:
Engage and lead internal security, technology, communications, and change management teams
Ensure integration of all project components for a cohesive delivery
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams
**Financial Management**:
Manage project budget and resources efficiently
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
Identify and capitalise on opportunities for cost optimisation
**Quality Assurance**:
Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Implement and oversee quality control processes and procedures
Degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline or related field and proven experience or a combination of formal education and experience in a related field
Demonstrable experience in managing senior blue chip clients and JLL Head office stakeholders and delivering positive outcomes in a client-facing real estate organisation.
Demonstratable experience in Program Management, Governance, accurate and timely reporting and delivering ad-hoc client reports.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems within an ever-changing environment Leadership of transaction functions that encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.
Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
