We are on the hunt for a W Insider who can make the impossible possible In this role, you personify the fun loving, anything is possible, mentality of the brand. You connect, differentiate and elevate each guests stay with extraordinary experiences. The W Insider creates an Insider Culture with our guests, Talent and the community. Anticipating and uncovering what will take the guest’s stay to the next level, the W Insider uses networks, relationships and access to connect W guests to what’s happening in Brisbane.** **You will take lead on the below responsibilities;
- Create opportunity to build and leverage relationships in the right places with the right people
- Provide exclusive access for the W guest to what’s latest and hottest in the city
- Interact with guests proactively before and after arrival
- Keep a continually refreshed storehouse of experiences and find what’s special to make it happy - whatever it takes
- Partner with every Talent member to ensure guests’ experiences are elevated through all touchpoints
- Drive awareness and be the voice of the brand in all the newest places and pass information to Marketing and PR
