Office Manager

Dabbagh Group is looking for an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to the management team. This role involves coordinating office activities and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Coordinate office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with budget preparation and management.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing presentations, drafting reports, and managing projects.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure that the office provides excellent customer service.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Coordinate office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with budget preparation and management.
