To consult with regional stakeholders, identify training needs, coach and facilitate training for new and existing personnel of Salvos Stores, working directly with the National Workforce Development Team Leader. This role will be remunerated up to Hay 14 depending on applicants qualifications and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Capability Development
- Contributes to developing team capability and recognizing potential in people
- Facilitates and supports participation in induction, training, personal and professional development
- Supports people within Salvos Stores to grow their potential in line with capability development frameworks

Training
- Facilitates induction/role orientation training sessions and assess competence at completion of the training
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training support interventions
- Facilitate new, refresher and ad-hoc training programs

Reporting & Evaluation
- Maintain and update training records in the LEARN learning management system
- Generate training reports detailing training progression, activities, and anomalies

Administration
- Compile training reports for Line Manager detailing training activities and anomalies as required
- Co-ordinate and manage regional training calendar
- Document and share relevant knowledge with stakeholders
- Maintain relevant training materials
- Utilise available resources efficiently

Relationship Management
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to determine priorities and facilitate or coach integrated training support solutions
- Foster highly effective working relationships with greater Salvos Stores People Management team
- Promote a positive workplace culture through motivation, collaboration, recognition and team building

Display Resilience
- Is flexible, adaptable and maintains appropriate self-care
- Constructively raises and works through issues and challenges and seeks alternative solutions

Spiritually Respectful
- Alert to and respectful of spiritual beliefs and practices of others

ABOUT YOU

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Learning Design and/or Facilitation, Diploma of Education, Human Resources, Business (or similar relevant field) or qualification/experience deemed equivalent

Experience
- Significant & Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Relevant industry knowledge (retail) preferable
