**Your responsibilities will include**:
About the role

As the front face for the Business, the receptionist will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional level of administration and reception support to the LMA Head office.

Responsibilities will include:

- Being the first point of contact for all visitors (in person & over the phone).
- Coordinate schedules for LMA House visitors and provide them with high level office/administration support
- Work with the Facilities Officer to alert stationary requirements and support ordering
- Support other administrative staff with the coordination of LM related functions
- Reporting and reconciling of receipts.
- Managing travel coordination.
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required.

**About you**:

- We are looking for someone who has a friendly nature with a positive attitude. You will need to have strong communication, customer service skills as you will be required to greet visitors, engage with executives and stakeholders.
