**The opportunity**

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of technology procurement and optimize purchase-to-pay processes? At Bupa, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our team for an initial 3-month contract as **Commercial Analyst**.

You will be ready to make a significant impact by enhancing operational performance and driving value across our technology ecosystem In addition, you’ll provide support with data analysis, reporting and pattern analysis on financial spend to develop insights to assist with the Technology sourcing strategy.
- This is a 3-month contract, full time hours, and can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney with very flexible hybrid work arrangements available._

**Key responsibilities**
- With your purchase-to-pay expertise, you will support with purchasing strategies, supply chain coordination, third-party service delivery & performance governance, vendor invoicing & accounts management and Technology sourcing & commercial management capability
- Proactively identify, recommend and drive components of process and service improvement opportunities that will maximise value delivered to the Technology team such as simplifying and standardising processes in line with Bupa procurement systems and compliance model
- Leverage data and insights to define the opportunity and benefits of change.

**What do I need?**

We are looking for an operational Analyst with a blend of purchase to pay expertise, creativity and analytical skills.

In addition, you’ll bring
- Proficiency in using purchase-to-pay systems, with an understanding of accounts payable procedures to assess process to design efficiencies
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to continuously improve processes
- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Advanced analytical abilities and a knack for analysing information, data and processes.
