**In this role, you'll**:
The **Program and Performance Officer** is responsible for delivering program performance reporting and providing program administration support to Greater Sydney - Planning & Programs staff. This role ensures that Federal road safety programs and project delivery are effectively managed in accordance with time, cost, quality, and scope requirements.
- This is an 18-month Fixed Term Opportunity
- Located in the Parramatta Office - close to train station.
- Program and Performance Business Unit

**About you**
- Experience with the management of allocations, forecasting, variations, and accruals to ensure sound financial management of all applicable Greater Sydney Programs
- Analyse program performance across Greater Sydney - Planning & Programs to identify any systemic issues and to generate insights on trends, risks, and opportunities common amongst or unique to the business unit or a delivery partner.
- Build and maintain strong and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure that outcomes are articulated, understood and achieved and make a substantial contribution to the wider business
