**About this Opportunity**

We are seeking to recruit a **Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator** to join our Site Services team at our Harvey Fresh operation. This position is responsible for managing the day to day results and actions to ensure the waste treatment plant is operated according to licence conditions, the irrigation process is operating according to plan, and ensure daily operations are conducted in accordance with standards/ procedures.
- Previous experience with waste water treatment plants and/or irrigation systems (highly desirable)
- Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
- Good level of mechanical aptitude, and strong problem solving and fault finding skills
- Ability to follow procedures and undertake quality checks, with good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform labour intensive and repetitive tasks
- High level of customer service and stakeholder management
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative
- Ability to work in a small team
- Motivation to learn and develop skills
- Strong focus towards safety and Lactalis Values and Behaviours.
- Reliable transport and drivers licence

We require a team oriented, self-motivated employee who is able to work a day roster inclusive of weekend shifts, and overtime as required.
