**About this Opportunity**

We are seeking to recruit a **Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator** to join our Site Services team at our Harvey Fresh operation.

Reporting to the Site Services Supervisor your duties will include managing the day to day results and actions to ensure the waste (juice and milk products only) treatment plant is operated according to licence conditions, the irrigation process is operating according to plan, and ensure daily operations are conducted in accordance with standards/ procedures.

We require a team oriented and highly skilled Operator who is self-motivated and able to work varying types of shifts including weekend work as required.
- Previous experience with waste water treatment plants and/or irrigation systems
- Forklift Licence
- Good level of mechanical aptitude, and strong problem solving and fault finding skills
- Ability to follow procedures and undertake quality checks, with good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative
- Ability to work in a small team
- Motivation to learn and develop skills
- Physically fit
- Strong focus towards safety and Lactalis Values and Behaviours.
- Reliable transport and drivers licence
