**Who You Are**:
Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled YouTube Creative Director/Channel Manager who can lead multiple teams of Roblox and YouTube specialised professionals through all stages of video production, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and by the deadline. You are someone the team looks up to, looks to for direction and trusts as a strong, passionate and knowledgeable leader.

**Your Responsibilities and Skills**
- Organising, planning and scheduling workload for each video
- Supervising the pipeline to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Provide valuable feedback and advice to aid members in reaching the overall/end goal for each video project
- Liaising between employees to help provide clarification and remove ambiguity.
- Organising and scheduling ideas, requesting feedback and implementing feedback
- Generating and selecting possible title and thumbnails for these ideas
- Ensuring the core objective and vision for each video remains the same throughout the entire production process
- Create documents, presentations, reports, agendas, and responses.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of YouTube/Video Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, AVD in first 30 seconds, Impressions, etc) and their contribution to a successful and healthy channel.
- Great communication and activeness.
- Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
- Ability to understand feedback and act on it.
- Knowledge and understanding of social media and pop-culture trends.
- Experience and understanding in YouTube ideation and successful YouTube videos.
- Experience in the content creation pipeline and video production pipeline
- Experience and understanding in Roblox video ideation, and Roblox trends, topics and the community

**Preferable Additional Skills**
- Experience as a Producer
- Experience with another YouTube Channel or video production company
- Experience in Business Management or Human Resources
- Full and in-depth understanding of Roblox Games and functionality
