**Who will you work with?**

You will join an agency that values a point of view. Day to day, you will work with ATL and Direct Digital media stakeholders to help the deal deliver on exceptional campaign rollout and delivery. This role will also allow the opportunity to build strong client relationships, keeping the clients up to date on campaign planning and execution.

You will work in a dynamic and supportive team focused on delivery quality campaigns that range from pure brand awareness to tactical lead generation. You will be part of a larger team that includes performance media, content and technology.

**Job Description**:
**Who are we looking for?**

An experienced manager with 3-5 year’s experience in a planning & trading role within an agency environment who understands implementation planning/buying principles across TV, Radio and OOH channels and Direct digital IO. This account buys across all media channels, however a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of TV planning, buying and reporting is essential. Experience in media planning/campaign execution and the ability to pull insights out of media delivery and derive recommendations is critical. A base understanding of tagging and reporting would be preferred but not essential.

You will have the opportunity to make your mark on briefs/campaigns and team/agency processes and be bold in your media recommendations and flex your creativity.

**What will your day to day look like?**
- Your role will be focused on managing campaign implementation as well as client communications. You will also be managing tasks and training and guiding your Assistant/Executive
- You will have strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders
- You will use & planning & buying tools Spectra, Fusion, Asteroid, TV Map, AQX, eTam, Roy Morgan, MOVE & eRam
- You will understand the role of all offline media channels and the way digital and traditional channels interact to drive response within a target segment
- You will assist the Director & Client Lead to drive the media output of the team, ensuring a clear link of implementation to consumer insights
- You will understand all media channels with the ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each channel and the impact these have in delivering on the client objectives
- You will be responsible for the media plan from implementation planning through to execution. Fine tuning budget allocation, weights, phasing, and title/channel/site mix with creation of the media plan
- You will have an in-depth knowledge of the Australian media landscape
- You will contribute to team WIPs and support workflow and resource allocation within the team, manage issues effectively and report issues or concerns to the Director
- You will assist the Director and Client Lead to identify proactive opportunities with the ability to sell in media initiatives over and above media recommendations
- You will support the Director in managing key client relationships from a planning and investment perspective, ensuring that delivery is to a high standard
- You will work with the Director and Client Lead to formulate an optimal media recommendation, bringing media responses together to tell a consistent story directly linked to the strategy
- You will ensure clear communication to the Director, Client Lead & Client contacts at all times and manage expectations
- You will drive an agenda of inter-agency collaboration to achieve clients’ results, ensuring updates and insights are shared amongst all internal stakeholders
