**Your why**

We’re looking for a new team member to join out Lifecycle and Automation squad. We’re less worried about your background and more interested in why you want to get your start in growth marketing with us. Skills can be taught; it’s your attitude and drive to make an impact that will excite us most.

**How you will spend your time**

Support the development, execution and performance of customer lifecycle journeys, including:

- Day to day coordination of lifecycle communications calendar
- Work with the squad to facilitate campaign planning and campaign delivery against key targets and performance measures.
- Work with Growth Managers to build and execute customer journeys within marketing and CRM platforms
- Input into the customer journeys for home lending & Everyday Banking, ensuring the experience is being consistently optimised to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Ideate, develop and advocate for features designed to drive customer account usage.
- Delivering growth experiments across channels, creative mediums and customer journeys.
- Champion the customer, helping to define our target audience and segments for everyday banking and lending products.
- Leverage the Growth Team’s agile framework (e.g. sprint planning, agile delivery) to manage everyday banking acquisition activities within agreed timeframes and to budget.
