Our client is a Lower North Shore based boutique real estate group with a solid property management business that is looking for a skilled sales agent that is looking for a sales role that has the scope to become the Principal of the business within the next 5 years. With solid backing from a savvy business owner that will mentor and drive your leadership and ownership career to see you run and take over this company and have a foot hold in the lucrative Lower North Shore marketplace.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
A traditional sales agent role with scope to further grow a sales team around you and step out of selling in the next 5 years and take on business ownership and build a successful business of your own.

The perfect geographical move for a standalone agent that would like to move to a more salubrious market with a higher average sale price. OR an ideal move for an agent that is unfulfilled in their current North Shore based office that wants a bigger future beyond listing and selling real estate.
- A minimum 2 years’ experience as a standalone agent
- A valid NSW Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence
- Big ambition and drive to have your own successful business
- The ability to get in doors, list and sell property
- Knowledge of the Lower North Shore is preferable but not essential
- Leadership skills and a forward-thinking mindset to grow this business
