**The Team**

The Employer Engagement team is responsible for the provision of tailored solutions that improves the financial literacy of members and attracting new members to CSC. The team is also responsible for the positioning and delivery of CSC services to eligible employers, providing training and resource material to educate employers and to make the employers experience with CSC as seamless as possible.

As the **Employer Relationship Manager** you successfully drive, develop and grow highly valued, collaborative and strategic relationships with CSC’s key employers and stakeholders.

In this role you will present a broad range of educational services to members, with the goal of positively engaging, educating, growing and retaining CSC’s membership.

Delivering a suite of services that enables employers to easily meet their superannuation obligations, enabling them to position themselves as an employer of choice. Providing expert advice and insights in relation to superannuation, as well as any updates around the changing legislative environment

As the primary point of contact and conduit for employers and stakeholders, you are collaborative, approachable and responsive. Effectively conducting analysis, implementing innovative strategies that identify, reduce and resolve issues, managing issues while driving operational improvement.

The key to your success will be your growth-mindset, self-motivation and highly developed stakeholder engagement skills to drive growth and turn close relationships into valued and trusted partnerships.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll need to excel**
- RG146 (Superannuation) or ability to obtain this qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in either superannuation, financial or government services
- Experience building business relationships at a senior level, identify opportunities and develop client focused propositions that are commercially viable both for CSC and the client that drive results
- Highly developed presentation skills and experience delivering education via face to face or through digital channels, with a passion for delivery of an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, outstanding stakeholder management skills, enthusiasm and a results orientated approach to work
- Exceptional written and oral customer service and communication skills, developed analytical, problem solving skills and the ability to influence effectively through communication, negotiation and persuasion
- Work to deadlines, and under pressure across multiple tasks while effectively prioritising critical issues
- A current driver’s licence is desirable.

**Please note**: Frequent travel is required in this position to be available to build and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders.
