**Entry Level Recruitment Consultant/ Resourcer**
**About the Role**

We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven individual, who is interested in growing into a career in recruitment. Structured training and ongoing support are available for the right person. Most importantly a willingness to learn and take on feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating Job ads and using pro-active sourcing methods
- Screening resumes and conducting phone screens and face-to-face interviews
- Managing relationships with pre-existing clients and an enviable pipeline waiting for the right person
- A true understanding of "Consultant" when it comes to our client relationships

**Skills & Experience**
- Must have experience in a customer-facing role, i.e Retail, Call Centre, or Hospitality
- High levels of resilience and drive
- Professional phone manner
- Desire to succeed
- Competitive in nature
- Confident and not afraid to be pushed outside of your comfort zone
