The role
Our Adelaide office is a great place to work.

The team and culture are excellent - you will be joining an office of around 7 consultants who enjoy a collaborative and supportive approach to their work.


What will you be doing?


You will be responsible for recruiting within the Professional Services including roles such as: Administrators, Customer Service, Data Entry, Accounts and Finance, Recruitment & HR professionals.


This will involve:

  • Developing new business opportunities, using targeted recruitment strategies
  • Developing strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed Clients though Client visits and networking
  • Negotiating job offers
  • Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience working within a Recruitment environment would be highly considered or;
  • Previous experience of successful stakeholder management or building client relationships within a professional environment (i.e., Travel Industry, Insurance agent, sales representative, Business Development etc.)
  • Communication skills to include your ability to professionally relate, influence, lead, negotiate and express yourself when communicating with all stakeholders
  • A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
