As such, we are looking for a talented and driven person to support the teams in various administrative functions based at our Syndey Office.
EPIC ESSENTIALS
We are looking for a talented full time Business Support Officer.

Based in our Sydney office, you will be working under the direction of the Business Support Team Leader. Your tasks will include:

- General administration support across Epic’s business nationally
Coordination of Sydney office supplies and consumables
General coordination with Sydney building manager and leasing agentLogistics and couriering equipment to remote sites
Assistance with social and client event organisation
Assistance and scheduling of staff training bookings
Proposal and tender development
Upkeep of client registrations, panels, and pre-qualifications
Assistance with CV formatting and updating
Finance administration support as required
Onboarding assistance where required
Basic IT support
Travel arrangements
Other administration duties at the direction of the Business Support Team Leader and Business Support/ Marketing Assistant
- Under the direction of our Business Support Team Leader and the broader Business Support team, you will assist in the delivery of administrative efficiencies to ensure continuity of service to the broader business.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following:

- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience as a demonstrated team player
Be able to self-motivate and take ownership of and be accountable for delivery of tasks.
High level of proficiency in Office 365 apps, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail
Be reliable and punctual.
Experience working in environmental consultancy is desirable.
Experience in construction, and / or the resources sector is desirable.
