As the Stores and School Support Officer your contribution is vital to our vision.

**Responsibilities**:
Level 4:

- Provide high quality general support and customer focussed service to the School
- Disseminating, collating and reporting School Asset Stocktake
- Collect incoming orders from Main Store and distribute items throughout the School.
- Monitor stock levels of general consumables, restock from bulk stores as required and advise reordering of supplies as necessary

**Level 5 (in addidtion to above)**
- Develop and maintain filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites and other administrative systems as required.
- Report WH&S issues to School Local Safety Committee and respond to Action plans as instructed by Committee Chair.
- Participate in WH&S site inspections which may involve travel to off campus sites such as Alice Springs, NT

**Desirable**:
An understanding and knowledge of hand tools and the ability to perform basic maintenance

**Who You Are**:

- the ability to work both independently and effectively within and across teams to build relationships with colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders to deliver on outcomes within prescribed deadlines.
- a current drivers licence valid in the ACT
- the ability to learn and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and procedures.
- the ability to draft WH&S documentation. for example, but not limited to, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures
