About the role

Continuing Care is a new and innovative subacute service specialising in the progression of care with a particular focus on patients with disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 2 Dietitian to be part of a multidisciplinary team that combines their skills to provide evidence based patient centred care in this dedicated setting.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- A degree or higher qualifications in dietetics
- Eligible for Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or an AdvAPD status and maintain this accreditation annually.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- Demonstrated excellent track record of teaching or student supervision experience in a tertiary environment.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership and particular specialist knowledge in the area of food service.
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Hold a valid Victorian Drivers Licence
