Day-today accountabilities:
- Provide strategic and practical input into the development of Work Integrated Learning content.- Implement policies and procedures and develop documentation and resources necessary to manage WIL and employability initiatives in the faculty.- Identify students approaching eligibility for Work Integrated Learning experiences and ensuring they have the attitudes and resources to secure their placement and succeed in themTo read more about the role please

This is a permanent position which can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Whilst we need to fill a full-time role, we are open to job sharing arrangements and will also consider people interested in part time work.

Who you are:
To be successful in the role, you will love engaging with students and working in the team. In addition, you will have:
- A Masters level ideally at a minimum, or equivalent experience- Experience (and ideally, tertiary qualifications) in education/training and assessment- Exposure to the community services and/or counselling industry would be highly regarded.- Understanding of pedagogical and/or adult learning principles relevant to the student cohort being taught.
