About the Role
Ventia is currently on the lookout for a Work Order Integrity Project Officer to become a vital part of the Work Order Integrity team. This position focuses on analyzing the underlying causes and rectifying Breakdown Maintenance (BM) Work Orders using various tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other analytical platforms, along with MS Office Applications. Reporting directly to the Work Order Integrity Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive ongoing enhancements across multiple areas while having the autonomy to implement and support necessary improvements to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

This is a permanent full-time position based in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze P1 and P2 failures on a daily basis, and P3 and P4 failures weekly, along with Open Work Orders, to provide a forecast performance overview to the Contract.
  • Conduct end-of-month closeout processes for P1, P2, P3, and P4 performance, including updating KPIs for client submission that reflect all findings and adjustments.
  • Manage the RM (P1, P2, P3, P4) backlog to meet established targets.
  • Perform analytics and investigations into the root causes of subpar performance in PM completion, providing recommendations to relevant AGFMA groups.
  • Contribute insights into the monthly RM Resources Planning process based on learnings from the current month.
  • Lead and execute improvement initiatives for RM performance.
  • Generate reports as needed for both internal and external stakeholders regarding RM current, past, and backlog performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting operational teams to achieve strategic and tactical goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analytical skills across various platforms, including SAP and Excel.
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of analyzing, synthesizing, and selecting the best solutions from multiple options.
