**Our Opportunity**:
**Work Location**: Perth - Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people
**Roster**: Monday to Friday
An opportunity to join the growing world of decarbonisation and energy within Fortescue’s Energy & Power team, you will work with high value, business critical supply contracts in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Reporting to the Principal of Energy and Power you will have exposure to a number of energy product categories as well as helping to progress decarbonisation opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide contract administration support across the Energy & Power team’s contract portfolios.
- Lead invoice review and verification processes across all energy product categories.
- Review and report contract pricing rise and fall events under existing contract mechanisms.
- Support LPG and High Voltage Maintenance category management including contract negotiations.
- Ensure the iValua contract management tool is current and up to date for all categories.
- Ensure end to end procurement cycle activities are effectively maintained and executed.
- Actively engage with both internal site and contractor focal points to build strong relationships.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- A degree in Business, Commerce, Law or similar is desirable.
- Conversant with SAP materials management and iValua contract management is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment and efficiently manage priorities.
- Strong communication skills and able to adopt a methodical approach to work, whilst succinctly reporting on progress.
