**Our Client**:
Our client is a leading global luxury retail group
**The Role**:
This role has become available to support the broader HR team on a daily basis. This role strives to deliver HR operations support to the business across the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment administration and related processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver responsive and effective day-to-day HR support and solutions to the retail team
- Develop and facilitate communication channels and build a close work relationship with staff at all levels
- Be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance
- Work with the regional HR team to ensure seamless payroll and HR Administration process are completed in an accurate, timely manner and compliant to local regulations
- Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decisions
- Support recruitment coordination and the successful set-up and onboarding of new team members
- Ad hoc HR projects as assigned
**Skills required**:
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Good knowledge and understanding of Fair Work and Employment Law and practices in Australia
- Uphold confidentiality as a HR Professional
- Commitment to quality in work and a sound work ethic
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good time management, organisational & time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Agility to adapt a constantly changing environment
