PERSOLKELLY is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive wanting to build on their career within a strong Global Medical brand. Our client offers job security, significant earning potential, competitive rewards, learning and development opportunities.

**_PERSOLKELL_**_ are in partnership with Australia's leading provider of medical equipment. They have legacy in Aged Care Rehabilitation and Acute Hospital products and solutions. With a national head office in Sydney, we have a requirement for an experienced sales professional to look after a designated territory primarily servcing the Eastern Suburbs and inner west in Sydney. _

**_About you_**

You have a combination of sales ability, compassion and empathy as you will be placed to be offering ongoing services and support to patients and clients promoting trusted brands within a comprehensive portfolio.
- Exceptional communication skills and a desire to provide solutions.
- Motivated and results driven.
- A strong team player.
- A willingness to learn and high attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Intermediate excel skills.

**Responsibilities are**: (_but not limited to)_
- Have a background in a relevant field and be very comfortable with 'selling and sales', preferably with a proven background in sales.
- Have strong communication skills and inter-personal skills.
- Have an outgoing personality that is interested and easy with people at all levels - a good listener and solutions provider.
- Preferably you have knowledge of the Aged Care & Disability equipment sector, but it is not essential.
- You may be in another industry in Sales, or in a role where you feel your skills would be of value and you're keen to learn.
- You are able & willing to go beyond expectations to get the job done.
- Be an organised and determined self-starter who will work to achieve results independently.
- Have competent computer skills to a level appropriate for the role.
- Be able to work autonomously and be reliable with your commitments to customers.
- Capable of physically handling demonstration equipment in and out of your van for 'show & tell' sessions.
- You should be a resident in or close-to the geographic area of the described territory.
