**Position Overview**:
As the Revenue Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to our revenue management operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all revenue processes are efficient, compliant, and optimised. This includes managing the end-to-end claims process, reviewing NDIS participant plans, collaborating with internal departments, and developing strategies to forecast and enhance revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the entire claims process from submission to reconciliation, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate information exchange and resolve claims-related issues
- Regularly review and audit claims data to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to NDIS policies and procedures.
- Provide necessary training and support to staff on claims management processes and best practices.
- Utilise historical data and market trends to develop accurate revenue forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
- Leverage advanced revenue management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to monitor revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
**About You**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification required
- 3+ years of experience in revenue management or similar accounting function, preferably in the healthcare or disability services sector
- Understanding of NDIS policies, procedures, and funding mechanisms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
