Territory Manager

Our client is a leading player in the FMCG global industry, committed to delivering exceptional results and forging strong partnerships with businesses across the territory. As a Territory Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's business, representing them and building lasting relationships with our valued partners.

This role will cover a territory across the Northern Beaches & North Shore and North Sydney areas. As Territory Manager you will bring a high level of customer relationship skills and a good understanding of strategic selling and data analytic experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for businesses within your assigned territory.
- Implementing the company's business plan and negotiating trading terms.
- Building and maintaining a core product range in collaboration with valued partners
- Confidence and entrepreneurship to capitalise on sales opportunities.
- Becoming a category expert and using insights to grow customers businesses.
- Skillful business development to secure new customers.
- Building trust and executing deals that benefit consumers, customers, and the company.
- A clear understanding of the retail landscape and fostering preferred supplier relationships.
- Executing agreed-upon activities and seizing opportunities to drive revenue and market share.

**You will have**:

- Experience in a regulated industry or similar experience in a sales territory role
- Full Drivers licence
- Full work rights within Australia
- Strong commercial and numbers acumen
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong Customer Centric focus
