**You'll be responsible for**:

- Triaging new claims and liaising with claimants, repairers and other stakeholders
- Proactively maintain the allocation of new claims and escalations
- Monitoring the customer experience portals and supplier platforms
- Reviewing and reporting on trends/issues with Property Assessing portfolio
- Maintaining supplier invoices and finalise customer settlements
- Management of a portfolio of low-value claims
- Ensuring adherence with best practice claims assessment practices and processes

**Important to your success**:

- Experience of working in a customer service role. Property claims experience is desirable
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making
- Good communication and customer service skills
